He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruby Manning Kemp (Newport) and Noble Manning; his siblings, Pete Manning, Eldon Manning and Ramona Lemons (Manning); his stepsister Evelyn Bender (Kemp); his former life partner Dorse Manning (Godwin); his son-in-law Franklin Middleton; and his great grandchild Caleb Wright.
He is survived by : his grandparents, Reuben Newport and Rosa Lee Newport; his daughter Valvia Sue; his wife Earl Davis; his former life partner Alice Davis Manning (Sanders) of Fletcher; his daughters, Sue Moore (Manning), Dee Ann Smith (Dwight) of Elgin and Vicki Middleton of Fletcher; his grandchildren, Teresa Moore of Alex, Greg Moore (Tina) of Shell Knob, MO, Trey Middleton of Kansas, KS, Arve Middleton (Angela) of Chickasha, Mitzi Wright (Smith) and Travis Smith of Fort Collins, CO.; his great grandchildren, Will, Jessica, Annie, Arianna, Victoria and Blake; his great great grandchild Spencer Moreno of Alex; and also Alice Davis (Sanders).
