She is survived by : her husband Charles "Smokey" Bates; her children, Charles "Charlie", Dennis Bates (Ellen) of Edmond and Kim McAllister (Randall) of Marlow; her grandchildren, Scott Bates (Robin) of McKinney, TX, Marc Bates (Michelle) of Goldsby, Christi Jacobs (Matt) of McKinney, Kara Whitten (Jeremiah) of Marlow and P. J. Dirksen (Ryan) of Marlow; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Jessica Bates, Zoie, Camden Bates, Allison, Lauren Bates, Mattie, Meagan Jacobs, Logan, Karamya Whitten and Jett Dirksen; her daughters-in-law, Carolyn Ford Bates and Gloria Bates; and her sister-in-law Ella Mae Robinson.
