She was predeceased by : her parents, Jackie Tooahimpah Tate and Doris Jean Edge; and her grandparents, Ernest, Virginia Tooahimpah Tate Sr., Robert Geionety and Ruby James.

She is survived by : her siblings, Kimberly (Jason Wolf), Julia (Timmy Lewis), Debbie, Jones, Rena Edge and Junior Edge (Pearl); her uncle Paul; her aunt Val; her brother John (Lorie Keel); and her daughter Kaitlin Sarah Juarez. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and close friends.
