He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Gordon and Lida Summit (Anderson); and his wife Mary Lou Summit. He is survived by : his sons, Ray Summit (Lisa) of Hot Springs, AR, Shannon Lee Summit and Jamie Loyd of Royal, AR; his stepchildren, Marilyn Scott (Vernon) of Roosevelt, Glenda Hyneman (Kim) of Marlow, Donna Sparks of Lawton and Philip Markley (Eric Malloy) of Lawton; his brother Glen Summit (Loretta) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Cortney Summit, Sherlynn Fetters (Jeff), Kevin Funkhouser (Lorna), Chad Funkhouser (Christi), Shon Funkhouser (Vanessa), Jay Sparks (Leah), Ronda Cotton (Keith), Ashley Halfast (Chris), Mallory Hyneman, Chase Hyneman, Wesley Scott and Jennifer Self. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
