He is survived by: his parents, Billy Carroll Whitman (Nancy) and Dixie Dawn Whitman of Binger; his son William Call Whitman; his wife Katie Tilley; his grandmothers, Joyce Boyd of Binger and Jeanne Rutherford (Mike); his father-in-law Rick (Sallie Tilley); his sister-in-law Kim Tilley; and his sibling's child Memfiss of Carnegie. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (300 Towakonie Ave, Fort Cobb, OK 73038).
