He is survived by : his mother Linda Robertson (Simmons) of Muskogee; his stepbrother Chuck Jones of Fort Gibson; his brothers, Donald Phillips of Fort Gibson and Gerald Edington of Missouri; his stepbrother Tom Jones of Tahlequah; his sister Jennifer Kincaid of Texas; his children, Haley Phillips of Branson, MO, Dashawnda Phillips of Tahlequah, Serenity Phillips of Fort Gibson, Brandon and Wyatt Phillips of Missouri; his stepsister Michelle Hibbert of Fort Gibson; his cousins, Christal Wilkens of Muskogee and Joseph Delong of Missouri; and his aunt Brenda Toney of Muskogee. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
