He was predeceased by : his parent Julia Madbull; his grandparents, Margaret Blindbull Lincoln and Ernest Madbull; his uncle Ralph Lincoln; and his cousin Anthony Thunderbull.
He is survived by : his daughters, Jennifer Renee Madbull of Geary, OK and Leann Madbull of Oklahoma City, OK; his sister Margaret Sutton (Damon Dunbar) of El Reno, OK; his cousin Damon Dunbar (Margaret Sutton); and his grandchildren, David Madbull, Adam Pratt Madbull, Haylee Whiteplume Paddyaker, Kara, Angelina, Autumn Birdshead and Melissa Wayne BigMedicine.
