She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Boles and Linda England; and her son Michael Boles. She is survived by: her sister Kimberley Lucas (Bobby) of Mounds; her stepdaughter Yeseiña Morales; and her granddaughter Jailee Valez.
At the family's request, memorial donations may be made to Clarehouse in Tulsa in honor of Tammy, in lieu of flowers.
