He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell E. Foss and Mary June Dixon Foss. He is survived by: his former wife Debra; his wife Debi; his brother Greg Foss (Terry) of Olathe, KS; his stepchildren, Will O'Neal of Oklahoma City and Melissa O'Neal; his stepgrandson Blake O'Neal of Enid; and his nephews, Drew Foss (Kallie), Ben Foss (Paige) and Will Foss (Natalie). He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews.
