With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Cook Sr. of Grandfield, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 14, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joe Cook Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. Cook and Nora Lee Cook (Williams); his siblings, Jimmie Lee Briscoe and Demoin Cook; and his close friend Lee Woods.

He is survived by : his wife Anna Lee Hartsell Cook; his children, Debra Ann Mclain (Randy) and Joe Edd Cook Jr. (Lynette); his grandchildren, Donette Coker (Ben), Adrian Mclain, Jordan Mclain (Heather) and Natalie Cook; and his great grandchildren, Zeke, Eli, Emma Coker, Selbie, Randlee Mclain, Annie, Max Oliver and Gus Mclain.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Children and Youth programs at First Baptist Church of Grandfield.
