In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Willie leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Willie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Proctor and Luella Proctor (Lennox); and his wife Frankie Mae Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Tony Proctor, Alfred Proctor, Willie Proctor, Jason Proctor, Angel McCowan, Tracy Proctor, Patricia Proctor and Angela Proctor. He is also survived by his 21 grandchildren; his 12 great grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
