He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hoyt and Irene Hoyt; his son Butch Hoyt; his siblings, Bob Hoyt, Roger Hoyt and Nancy Cardiff; and his grandsons, Colt Hoyt, Jeremy Jumper and Ryan Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Hoyt; his children, Rhonda Hoyt Steen (Russell Steen), Don Hoyt (Lisa), Dennis Goynes (Tammy), Teresa Jumper (Curtis Woodall) and Kathy Wilson (Robbie); his sister Carolyn McIlroy; and his daughter-in-law Cindy Hoyt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
