He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee Thomas and Cathy Martinez (Rivera). He is survived by: his siblings, Rodney Riveria of Ada, Deanna Martinez of Guymon and Pete Martinez of Guymon. He is also survived by one daughter; numerous step-brothers and step-sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
