She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Ann (Plummer) and Jess Sovier Hoover; her children, Robert P. Sweeten, Katherine Sue Sweeten and Randy Paul Pape; her sisters, Ruth Cupps and Arlene Katt; her children, Karen Akins, Jayme Carrol Cowey (Michael) and William Pape (Martha); her grandchildren, Michael Stacy and Carrolyn Kate Cowey; and her sister-in-law Georgia Hoover. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family members and friends.
