She is survived by: her husband Carl Banks; her children, Brenda Kaiser of Guymon, Linda Gutierrez of Phoenix and Steven Banks of Goodwell; her grandchildren, David Kaiser of Guymon, Rose Banks of Goodwell, Lisa Gutierrez and Gilbert Gutierrez, IV; and her great grandchildren, Jekorey, Ania, Jordan, Chloe, Shawn and Selina.
