He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Swaffard and Lillian Swaffard (Ramsey); his wife Yvonne Swaffard (Anderson); his daughter Judy Taylor (Swaffard); and his brothers, Larry Sullivan and Sammy Sullivan.
He is survived by: his son Chad Swaffard (Cindy) of Damon Valley; his grandchildren, Jordan Taylor, Chance Swaffard, Charity Workman (Colby), Logan Grady and Kylee Taylor; his friend JoAnn Holliday of Hartshorne; his son-in-law Joe Taylor of Durant; and his siblings-in-law, Lavonne Halford (Rod) of Higgins and Billy Sparks (Lisa) of Wilburton. He is also survived by numerous nephews and other family and friends.
