He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Justin, Jennifer, Caleb, Rebecca, Isabella, Jaxtin, Rachelle, Khloe Hatcher, Brittany Welsh, Todd Welsh, Anna Hutchison and Tara Reasor; his sisters, Linda Caldwell and Norma Blankenship; his wife Patricia; and his son Kristopher Robert Hatcher.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Melissa Hatcher; his daughters, Kelly Reasor and Kim Welsh; and his nephews, Floyd Hatcher, Jay Hatcher, Jeff Reed and Mandi Hatcher. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
