He was predeceased by: his father Bob G. Hurst; his former spouse Elaina Rogers; his brother Steve Hurst; his grandparents, Harvey, Sylvia Hurst, Emmett Thomas and Ora Mae Richie; and his nephew Bobby Hurst.
He is survived by: his mother Geneva Hurst (Thomas) of Haskell, Oklahoma; his wife Becky Hurst; his daughters, Brittany Rogers and Haley McElroy; his stepsons, Robby Dryden and Jordan Looper; his granddaughters, Icley Havener and Kinslee Dryden; his sisters, Debbie Jackson (Steve) of Coweta, Donna Young of Coweta, Cherri Sherry (Joe) of Coweta, OK and Tracy Swarer (Jimmy) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Devin Hurst, Justin Sherry, Dillon Sherry, Carrie Gray (Josh), Lindsey Barnett (Wes), Josh (Karen Swarer) and Jacob Swarer. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
