He was predeceased by : his parents, Everett Kelley and Mary Pearson Kelley; his daughter Latisha Kelley; his brothers, Eddie Kelley and Carl Kelley; and his father-in-law Cecil O'Neal.
He is survived by : his wife Shelley O'Neal Kelley; his children, Eddie Kelley (Amy) of St. Louis, Cari Kothenbeutel (Zach) of Poteau, Alicia Herell (Jason) of Reichert, Christie Branscum (Aaron) of Fanshawe, April Elliott of Marshfield, Christina Pyle of Heber Springs and Kim Davison (Nate) of Trumann, Arkansas; his brother Mike Kelley of Paragould, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Mathew, Andrea, Justin, Jessica Kelley, Raelyn, Luke Herell, Kinley, Lillie, Maggie Branscum, Tenchi Kelley, Clarey Davison, Dillion, Kaylee Shetrone, Zachary Kelley and Arabella Pyle; his mother-in-law Claudette Hamner of Reichert; and his friend Debra O'Neal of Hodgen, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
