He is survived by: his wife Nicole Cudmore; his children, Tate, Talyn, Tanis, Trace and Turner; his parents, Ron Allison and Judy Allison of Cherokee; his siblings, Donelle Wiechman (Mike) of Enid, Kevin Allison (Angela) of Kiowa, Rod Jantz (Stephanie) of Cherokee and Brandi Crenshaw (Aaron) of Enid, Oklahoma; his parents-in-law, Scott and Mary Pat Cudmore of Cherokee; and his brothers-in-law, Kyle Cudmore (Lyndee) of Cherokee and Clay Cudmore (Hailey) of Cherokee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
