He is survived by: his wife Betty Acklin; his children, Ron Acklin and Cheryl Valentiner (Michael); his grandchildren, Jason, Leslie (Clint), Joshua, Sara (Andrew), Lori and Brian; his great grandchildren, Taylor (Taelor Rae), Dustin, Austin, Liam, Mason and Amya; Daphne.
