He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinten Harman and Ada Harman; his former wife Dorothy McPherson Harman; his son Scott Harman; and his sister Sharon Hamblin.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Harman; his children, Tyson Harman of Enid and Anita Casey (Rick) of Kerman, California; his stepchildren, Vicki Collier (Terry) of Hennessey, David Justice (Dawndria) of Enid, Jackie Ross (Carl) of Fairview and Tammy Ferguson (Robert) of El Reno; and his sister Etta Fern Vanbuskirk. He is also survived by four grandchildren; ten step grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.
