He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Coulter and Rena Coulter; his wife Karen Davis; and his children, Justin "Cole" Coulter, Loy Coulter, Becky Bules, Tania Vaughn, Levi Coulter and Heather Lewis. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made through Anderson-Burris to Shriner's Children Hospital.
