He is survived by : his wife Nancy Williams; his children, Becky Riggs of Hennessey, Charlene Choate (Terry) of Hennessey, Willie Fisher of Waukomis and Jodi Fisher of Lahoma; his grandchildren, Teresa Fletcher (Jamie), Tanner Choate (Megan), Dillon Riggs (Angela), Tyler Riggs, Cody Riggs and Matthew Fisher; his great grandchildren, Lily Fletcher, Dexter Fletcher, Trent, Tate Choate and Brayson Brinson; and his brothers, Ray and Billie Fisher. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
