He was predeceased by : his siblings, Wilma and Wilburn; his son William Hail, Jr.; and his grandson William Hail III. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Lightfoot; his daughters, Rhonda Hail of Hennessey and Sherri (Steve Lee) of Enid; his children-in-law, Willis, Betty Hail, Willie, Wanda Hail, Willard and Caroline Hail; and his sister Wilberta McDuffie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren; brothers.
