She was predeceased by : her parents, Cloycie Norris and Violet Norris; and her daughter Melana Harper (Charles Harper). She is survived by : her husband Charles "Chuck" Harper; her children, Joann Harper of Henryetta and Charles Harper Jr. (Mandy) of Owasso; her grandchildren, Eric (Cheryl Harper), Desiree Rose of Henryetta, Brandon Meckle of Muskogee, Brady Meckle of Muskogee, Kinslee Harper of Owasso and Kirsten Harper of Owasso; her great grandchildren, Kaden, Hunter Rose of Henryetta, Aliah and Alyssa Meckle of Muskogee; and her brother Larry Norris of Ohio.
