She was predeceased by : her sister Connie; and her mother Mary Lou Moore (Sims). She is survived by : her husband Jack; her children, Carrie LeAnne, Emily Renee, Jana Beth and Joshua Aaron; her grandchildren, Blake, Isabella, James, Jonathan, Addie and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Kirsten, Amaris and Paisley; and her siblings, Edith Mosely, Gearld Wayne Bradburry (Dorothy), Brenda Fullingim (Jerry), Ricky Bradburry, Bethany Struth (Gary) and Janie Smith (Michael).
