She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnson P. Smith and Rovilla Smith (Turner); her husband Ernest Ledford; her son Eddy Ledford; and her siblings, Kenneth Smith and Joyce Miller.

She is survived by : her children, Rick Blaske (Carol) of Yukon, Larry Ledford of Chandler, Oklahoma and Janet Lee (Ted) of Yukon, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Cindy Ledford of Carnegie, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Christy Blaske of Sherman, Kevin Blaske (Shelly) of Mangum, Jason Lee (Angela) of Yukon, Juli Vaughan (Bo) of Eagle River, Don Coffman (Leah) of Palmer, Gayla Reed (Byron) of Durant, Lacy Little of Carnegie and Thad Ledford (Nola) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
