He was predeceased by : his parents, Logan Mayfield and Christina Mayfield (Davison); and his sister Calleen Graveside. He is survived by : his wife Alta Sue; his children, Randy Dwayne Mayfield of Clovis, CA, Bill Lewis (Samantha) of Hobart, OK, Cathy Autrand (Allan) and Connie Celaya of Sonora, CA; and his brother Orville Mayfield (Velta) of Stillwater, OK.. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren 5 Great ~ Grandchildren 3 Step Grandchildren.
