It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Frazier of Hominy, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Herman R. Frazier; her parents, O. L. Barlow and Ethel Petty Barlow; and her son Douglas Barlow Frazier. She is survived by: her sons, Dick (Susan) of Irving, Doug, Dan (Kaye) of Hominy and Will (Jill) of Marlow. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be made to the First Christian Church, PO Box 535, Hominy, OK 74035.
