Darlene Rickman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Rickman of Hugo, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Gideon and Jimmie Gideon (George); and her siblings, Herndon, Rodney Gideon and Pearl Amiott (Gideon).
She is survived by: her nephew Chris Gideon; her husband Bryant Rickman of Hugo, OK; her children, Dr. Otis Rickman (Rhonna) of Nashville, TN, Eddie Rickman (Winona) of Hugo, OK and Kristi Rickman of Houston, TX; her grandchildren, Abigayle Waterson (Blake), Alexandra Rickman, Aric Rickman (Rachel), Adam Rickman, Madison Doane, Milton Rickman, Neelee Rickman and Joy Rickman; her great grandchildren, Emmett and Graham Waterson; and her sisters, Donna Davis and Deloris Jones. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller and Miller Funeral Home - Hugo (3151 E Jackson St, Hugo, OK 74743). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. She had battled breast cancer since 1996, endured rheumatoid arthritis and survived COVID pneumonia.
