He is survived by: his mother Alma Nell Shugart (Allen); his wife Debbie Shugart; his children, Christina Buchanan of Calera, OK, Don Berry of Hugo, OK, Timothy (Randa) of Caddo, OK and Kayla Shugart of Antlers, OK; and his brother David Shugart (Lynn Ann) of Hugo, OK. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
