He is survived by : his wife Pagie Slape; his children, Larry Slape (Patsy) of Hulbert, OK and Shirley Flaska (Jim) of Fort Gibson, OK; his grandchildren, Darren Fryar of Fort Gibson, Dana Homier (Sam) of Arcadia, OK and David Slape of Hulbert, OK; his great grandchildren, Chelsea Moffett (Kyle) of Fort Gibson, OK, Carlee Fryar of Fort Gibson, OK, Ann Homier and Brittany Homier; his stepgrandsons, Jay Flaska (Monica) of St. Joseph, MO and Tom Flaska of St Joseph, MO; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Isabella, Celia Flaska of St. Joseph, MO and Cameron Reynolds of Muskogee, OK; and his great great grandchildren, Stryker, Makenna, Beckham and Kamdynn Reynolds.
