It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Slagell (Hydro, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel Slagell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Slagell and Jane Slagell (Waters); and his brothers, Carl Dean Slagell and Maxton Slagell. He is survived by: his wife Josie Slagell; his children, Eugene Slagell (Merri) of Ayr, Dwight Slagell (Joanna) of Hydro, Dwayne Slagell (Kerry) of Hydro, Byron Slagell (Catherine) of Bridgewater, Virginia and Kathy Thomas (Devert) of Hydro; his siblings, Layman Slagell (Dorothy) of Hydro and Beulah Switzer of Hydro; and his sisters-in-law, Roberta Slagell of Hydro and Verdella Slagell of Hydro. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
