She is survived by: her children, Frankie M. Scales of Idabel, Marilyn M. Walls of DeSoto, Vickie A. Scales of Idabel, Donna M. Scales of Dallas, Hurles U. Scales, Lester E. Scales and Stevie "Steve" Bailey of Allen; her sisters, Vera M. Cobb of Harlington, Lenora Mumphrey and Virginia Williams; and her nephew William Lee Berry of Pittsburg.
