He was predeceased by : his son Rick Cook. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Cook (Pearson) of Grove, OK; his grandsons, Jacob Cook (Jacque) of Enid, OK, Caleb Cook of Mountain View, CA and Joshua Cook of Dallas, TX.; and his sister Virginia McSwain of Clearwater, KS.
