It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Kirk of Jay, Oklahoma, born in Victoria, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kay Kirk to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Peterson and Phyllis Peterson; her siblings, Pete "Butch" Peterson and Barbara Tulgetsky; her son Mark Phelps; and her nephew Donnie Tulgetsky.

She is survived by : her children, Greg, Scott, Tori and Stacy; her husband Frank Kirk; her son Marsh "King" Kirk; and her friend Betty Sue. She is also survived by her children, bonus children, alongside her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces.
