He is survived by : his daughter Ronda (Mark Bender) of Tulsa; his wife Bonnie Gale Ragland; his grandchildren, Conner Bender, Carly Bender, Anne Bender of Tulsa and Emma Ragland of Mooresville; and his sons, Robert and David Blackwell of California.
