She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Manzie Beatrice "Tootsie" Howard (Key); her husband Fred Winborn; and her siblings, Charles Melvin Howard (Christine), Betty Ruth Jordan (Herschel) and Manzie Marie Stewart (AC).
She is survived by: her daughters, Pat Saxby (George) and Sheron Norris (David); her grandchildren, Amy Berk (Josh), Alyn Williams (Bryan) and Ryan Norris; her great grandchildren, Bryce Casey and Rylee Williams; and her brother Paul Howard (Von). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
