He is survived by: his sister Martha Fagen; his sons, Boyd Smith Jr. Bobby Smith, David Smith Sr. and Josh Smith; his daughters-in-law, Margie Smith and Jamie Smith; and his grandchildren, Boyd Smith III, Waylon Smith, Joel Smith, David Smith Jr. Cece McCoy, Kristina Smith, Jessie Smith, Amiee Smith and Tyler Smith. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kellyville Holiness Church (728 S Main, Kellyville, OK 74039). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
