He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Mooring and Opal Mooring; and his daughter Patricia Myers. He is survived by : his wife Phillis; his sons, Douglas Dwayne Mooring (Kathy) and Christopher Waldrop of Keota, OK.; his siblings, Corina Davis, Shirley Brown (Robert Maddox) of Sun City, AZ. and Andrew Jackson Mooring, Jr. (Sherri) of Prague, OK; and his grandchild Sixteen. He is also survived by Sixteen great grandchildren.
