He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Glendena Richardson; his children, Sherry Hall (Ron, Broken Arrow), Oklahoma Tammy Thomas, Oklahoma Misti Sprouse and Oklahoma Terry Dupree (Jerry, Kingston, Oklahoma); and his siblings, Henry, Joe, Merle, Audrey Spence and Edna Mae Wheeler. He was also cherished by 9 Grandchildren: 16 Great Grandchildren Billy was preceded in death by his parents, wife.
