He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Guy and Rose Guy; and his siblings, Cynthia Hefner and Ramon Guy. He is survived by: his wife Karan; his daughters, Amber Wilson (Russell) of Lone Grove, OK and Shelly Ramirez (Michael) of Purcell, OK; his grandchildren, Emma Wilson, Hunter Wilson, Jacob Ramirez and Justin Ramirez; and his siblings, David Guy of Lindale, TX, Eletha Hise of Yukon, OK and Jimmie Lee Walker of Norman, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
