He was predeceased by : his parents, Manley Sparks and Beulah Sparks; his wife Allie Leah Sparks; his children, Peggy Sue Sparks and Larry Sparks; his grandson Kelly Power; and his siblings, Billy Foster Sparks of Verlon Sparks, Verden Lewis, Margie Aydelot, Ellen Wilson and Dorothy Sparks.
He is survived by : his daughters, Sandra Cozad of Ash Creek and Glenda Thornton (Bill) of Ash Creek. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; numerous great-and great-great-grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
