He was predeceased by : his parents, Nick Wallace and Eva Dell Wallace (Howell); and his siblings, Cora Sue Wallace, Glenn Wallace, James Wallace and Mickey Wallace.

He is survived by : his wife Opal Odessa "Dess" Bryan; his children, Rick Wallace (Dianna) of Cherokee and Regina Wilson (Kameron) of Freedom; his grandchildren, Chase Wallace (Wren), Chelsea Kornele (Brad), Tiffany Howerton (Jared) and Kallie Humphreys (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Huxley, Lennon, Sutton, Dawson and Cayton; and his brothers, Johnny Wallace (Wanda) and Robert Wallace (Mary).

In leu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation- Cancer Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
