She was predeceased by : her parents, Herma Messenger and Dennie Messenger; her husband Leon Klugh; her son Larry; her son-in-law Gentry Brakhage; and her grandson Richard Mack.
She is survived by : her children, Dennis Klugh (Debbie) of Fort Cobb, OK, Patta Grimes (Robert) of Hunter, OK, Calvin Klugh (Robin) of Tulsa, OK, Jon Klugh (Onie) of Neosho, MO and Dana Brakhage of Lahoma, OK; and her sister Donna Strunk (Don). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Shirley's name may be made to support her granddaughter who is working among the unreached and oppressed internationally, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
