He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jackson and Alma Bernice Meliza (Fleming); his wife Bobbie; his siblings, Charles Meliza, Wesley Meliza and Cleta Harmon; his brother-in-law Virgil Harmon; his in-laws, John and Alma Sharp; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Sharp and Wayne Sharp.
He is survived by: his children, Evette Meliza of Weatherford, OK and Don Meliza (Rinda) of Cypress, TX; his grandson Chase Meliza of Houston, TX; his brother Richard Meliza (Lynda) of Woodward, OK; and his sister-in-law Gloria Meliza of Winter Park, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery (Laverne, OK 73848).
