She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Churchwell and Emma Churchwell (Dyer); her husband Kenneth Gene Fischer (Jack); and her brothers, Darrell Churchwell and Bill Churchwell.
She is survived by : her sons, Terry Wayne Fischer (Gayle) of Del City, OK and Ronald Steve Fischer (Ann) of Georgetown, TX; her grandchildren, Teresa Martin, Paul Fischer, Keegan Fischer, Kim Bradell, Jessie Harlin and Claire Harlin; her sisters, Virginia Mitchell, Queva Hunt and Doris Saunders (Jack); and her sister-in-law Martha Sue Looney. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
