She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Fulin and Elizabeth Fulin (Courteau); her husband Joseph E. Collins; her siblings, Dennis Fulin, Tom Fulin, Bob Fulin, Darlene Peach and Roxanne Steinbrecher; and her great grandchild Bailey Taylor.
She is survived by : her daughters, Cindy Ramming (Tommy) and Penny Dodd of Lawton, Oklahoma; her sister Rhonda Doerr of Minnesota; her grandchildren, Randee Ramming, Brandi Dodd, Dylan Dodd and Heather; her great grandchildren, Jett Dutton, Morgan Dodd and Camdyn Dodd; and her great great grandchild Aiden Taylor. She is also survived by her family and friends.
