She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ford and Thelma Ford (Armstrong). She is survived by: her husband Oneil Stephens; her daughter Felicia Theadman; her granddaughter Kaedynce Theadman; and her siblings, Michelle Ray (John Ray), Stephanie Ford, Kendal Ford, Timmy Ford and Robert Ford, Sr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lowell-Tims Chapel (1100 E Tamarack Rd, Altus, OK 73521).
